Complex Healthcare Assistants!
Superior Healthcare is recruiting Complex Healthcare Assistants to support an individual with athetoid cerebral palsy and spinal scoliosis who requires 24-hour ventilatory support via tracheostomy, including suctioning and careful positioning for comfort.
However, we are equally interested in who you are as a person.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally warm, energetic, and creative. Someone who enjoys conversation, can find humour in everyday moments, and understands that the best support often happens through shared experiences.
We are seeking people who genuinely enjoy being around others, can bring positive energy into a room, remain calm under pressure, and continue to show kindness and compassion, even when situations become challenging.
The ideal candidate will be naturally sociable and enjoy spending time with people, using everyday conversation and shared activities to build meaningful relationships and make a genuine difference to someone’s quality of life.
