Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Bar/Waiting staff. As a team member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. This job frequently requires to work Friday and Saturday day or evenings depending on business needs.
Over 18's only due to the nature of job.
This is not just holidays only work its on call basis throughout the week.
Shifts and working pattern according to business needs
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and feel them welcomed
- Present menus and provide detailed information about our offerings
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Upsell menu items and suggest additional items to enhance the whole experience
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/dining area
- Work behind the bar. Make drinks and serve customers efficiently
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Familiarity with pub/restaurant operations and terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing excellent guest services
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service without compromising quality
- Hospitality mindset with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests
