The Headteacher, Governing Body and children at Milton Primary School would like to offer an exciting opportunity to join the administrative team as a School Support Officer, starting in September 2026.
You will be responsible for managing many day-to-day aspects of our busy administration office. You could be the one for us if you have the experience/ ability to:
Be the first point of contact for parents' queries, face-to-face and via the telephone.- Update information on the school-based IT systems (e.g. SIMS, ParentPay).
- Maintain daily attendance and dinner records.
- Complete other administrative duties commensurate with the grade.
You will need to build and maintain very good relationships with parents, our community and other members of the administration team.
