Job Title: MEP Revit Engineer (Mechanical) Company: Hensall Group Location: London (Office-based) Salary Bracket: £43,000 - £58,000 per annumThe Role Based in our London office, this position sits within a small, focused engineering team. You will be responsible for the spatial coordination, 3D modeling, and calculative design of mechanical building services systems using Revit MEP.Core Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 4 years’ demonstrable experience using Revit MEP on building services projects.
- Education: Degree (BEng/MEng) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related building services engineering equivalent. Note: Architecture or Architectural Engineering qualifications will not be considered.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong, practical understanding of mechanical building services systems and constructability.
- Software Proficiency: Highly capable with the standard Microsoft Office Suite, specifically requiring strong operational skills in Excel for data extraction and scheduling.
- Working Setup: Comfortable working collaboratively in a small team environment. This is a fully office-based role in London.
Desirable Skills
- Thermal modelling: IES or MEPworx
- Coding capability (e.g., Python, C#, or Dynamo) for automation of repetitive Revit tasks and API integration.
