We’re looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to join our Seat, Skoda, Honda & Cupra dealership in Wigan.

What You’ll Be Doing

Receiving, checking, and correctly storing all stock daily
-
Picking, packing, and dispatching parts and orders accurately and efficiently
-
Ensuring departmental records are kept up to date and filing systems maintained

Ordering parts and accessories under the guidance of the Service Manager

Promoting excellent customer service through courteous and efficient handling

Ensuring all company policies and Dealership Operating Standards are adhered to
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor within an automotive parts environment

Highly motivated, organised, and efficient with strong attention to detail
-
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
-
Target-driven mindset with the ability to maximise departmental success while maintaining professionalism

Team player who can motivate and lead colleagues effectively
