Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidates will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests in a lively and friendly environment. All positions are paid, including internships, and are ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till with precision
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Support baristas with drink preparation when needed, including coffee and specialised beverages
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold a professional appearance and behaviour at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Experience in food preparation or restaurant environments is advantageous
- Barista experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is beneficial
- A friendly attitude with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality is essential
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment will be considered an asset

Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
