What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers with repair enquiries, product recommendations, and service options
- Deliver tailored, expert advice to create an outstanding in-store experience
- Drive in-store sales through upselling, promotions, and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked store environment
- Support stock management, product display, and daily operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales and service targets
- Follow store procedures and ensure consistently high service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in retail or sales (tech/mobile industry preferred)
- A confident, engaging personality with excellent customer service skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Organised, reliable, and motivated by team success
- Passion for technology and mobile devices is a plus
