This role involves managing a drug and alcohol treatment centre in all aspects other than the clinical and therapeutic treatment. It involves ensuring that all legal requirements are met, specifically including health and safety, care standards, control of medicines etc. It also involves ensuring the smooth running of the clinic in terms of staff training, supervision and rotas, patient admissions, ensuring payments made etc and ensuring that the clinic runs as effectively and smoothly as possible. It will also involve dealing with any complaints received.
