Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented End of Tenancy Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning rental properties to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness for new tenants. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning, or those with a passion for maintaining pristine environments. A background in customer service or cooking is considered advantageous, as the role requires a professional and courteous approach when interacting with clients and tenants. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive cleaning of rental properties at the end of tenancy, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised, floors are swept and mopped, and appliances are cleaned and polished
- Remove rubbish and organise items to meet client specifications
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to management promptly
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout each property to facilitate smooth tenant turnover
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is essential
- Strong attention to detail with organisational skills to ensure thorough cleaning
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude when dealing with clients or tenants
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within specified timeframes
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment safety protocols
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
