Sambrook's is London's oldest independent brewery, founded in 2008. Our taproom sits within one of Britain's most storied brewing sites — the oldest continuously operating brew site in the UK. We're proud of our heritage, our beer, and the community we've built around it. Now we're looking for passionate people to join the taproom team.
The role
You'll be working front of house in our taproom, serving great beer and pizza in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Whether you're behind the bar or out on the floor, you'll be the face of Sambrook's — welcoming guests, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure every visit is a good one.
- Serve drinks and food to a high standard and pace
- Provide a warm, knowledgeable welcome to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the taproom
- Support the team during busy service periods
- Share your enthusiasm for great beer
