We are looking for a confident, customer‑focused Retail Assistant to join our team. You will help deliver an exceptional in‑store experience, support day‑to‑day operations, and ensure our store remains welcoming, organised and well presented.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer service delivery - greeting customers, offering support and creating a positive shopping experience
- Sales support - processing transactions accurately through the till, following company processess and wrapping/packaging accessories
- Store presentation - maintaining high standards of merchandising, displays and housekeeping and ensuring the till area is neat and tidy
- Stock management - replenishing stock, and assisting the sales team with daily operations
- Store support - answering the telephone and dealing with minor enquiries and develop knowledge of our products to assist customers

Hours:
Saturday 10am to 5pm
Sunday 10am to 4pm
