About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant Apprentice to join our client's busy office in ME15. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment while gaining a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification. You will receive full training and support as you develop your skills in recruitment, sales, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews.
- Matching suitable candidates to vacancies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.
- Arranging interviews and coordinating the recruitment process.
- Writing and posting job advertisements.
- Keeping the recruitment database up to date.
- Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Supporting senior consultants with administrative tasks and business development activities.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable.
