We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Specialist to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organised individual with a passion for the travel and hospitality industry. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests from the moment of booking through to the end of their stay—ensuring every aspect of their experience is seamless, memorable, and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive additional revenue by promoting and securing travel extras, working to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with guests prior to arrival, offering personalised support and anticipating their needs.
- Manage a variety of guest requests both before and during their stay, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with property managers and suppliers to ensure all pre-arrival and in-stay services are flawlessly executed.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with new and existing suppliers to enhance the guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (travel or hospitality industry preferred).
- Confident, friendly, and passionate about providing outstanding customer care.
- A genuine interest in travel, hospitality, or real estate.

Working Hours:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 5 days per week including weekends
