Key Responsibilities
- Manage professional learning programmes, schedules, and delivery workflows
- Coordinate with trainers, learners, clients, administrators, and service partners
- Monitor attendance, learner feedback, programme quality, and performance reports
- Support training materials, documentation, course updates, and service improvements
- Prepare reports, schedules, learner records, and operational updates
- Assist with team coordination, client communication, and workflow planning
- Ensure learning activities follow company policies, quality standards, and client requirements
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in professional learning, training coordination, education services, learning and development, or programme management
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with trainers, learners, business clients, or development programmes is an advantage

Education

Pay: £42,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
