Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated driver Care Workers to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in need. Full time or part-time considered. No sponsership.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Help with mobility assistance and transfers
- Support clients with dementia care, hospice care, and other specialised needs
Requirements
-Driver`s licence.
- Experience in caregiving or a related field is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Proficiency in behaviour management techniques
- Knowledge of patient care practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to undergo training in areas such as dementia care and hospice care
- A caring and empathetic nature towards those in need
Job Type: Part-time
