Job Title: Calf Rearer
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced Calf Rearer to join a well-established beef farm, part of a leading international farming group. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take real ownership of calf health, welfare, and daily performance.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day care of calves - feeding, monitoring health, administering treatments, and maintaining clean, well-run housing. You’ll work closely with the Farm Manager to ensure strong growth rates and high welfare standards across the unit.
What’s on Offer:
- £14 - £15 per hour
- Up to £40,000 per year
- Monday–Friday (7:00am–5:30pm) + weekend rota (Every second weekend)

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in calf rearing or livestock farming
- Strong eye for animal health and welfare
- Confident with feeding, treatments, and record-keeping
- Reliable, hands-on, and able to work as part of a team
Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
