Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential clients.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer inquiries and objections.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets while ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve marketing strategies.
Experience
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A passion for sales and a willingness to learn new techniques.
- Engineering background but not essential
