Delivery Driver / Crew Leader – Potters Bar & Yaxley
Integrity Appliance Installation Ltd is an established Delivery Partner of AO, one of the UK’s leading electrical retailers.
We are looking for reliable and experienced drivers to join our growing teams at Potters Bar and Yaxley.
This is more than just another delivery-driving job. You’ll work as part of a two-person crew, delivering appliances directly into customers’ homes, with full training provided to develop your installation skills.
No previous appliance installation experience is required — we can teach you that.
Pay & Progression
We believe hard work, experience and good customer service should be rewarded.
Yaxley
- Starting rate: £13.00 per hour
- Your hourly rate increases after every 100 completed runs
Potters Bar
- Starting rate: £13.21 per hour
- Your hourly rate increases after every 100 completed runs
Enhanced rates at both depots
- +50p per hour on Mondays
- +£1.00 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays
Hourly rates can increase significantly as you build experience and complete more runs.
Realistic & Achievable Bonuses

Crews have opportunities to earn:
- Up to £50 extra per day for excellent customer service
- £100 weekly customer service bonus
- Up to £250 monthly performance bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Crew Leader, you’ll work alongside your crew partner delivering and installing household appliances into customers’ homes on behalf of AO.
Your role will include:
- Driving a 3.5T delivery vehicle
- Managing your daily delivery route
- Working as part of a two-person crew
- Delivering appliances safely into customers’ homes
- Providing excellent customer service
- Installing appliances following training
- Ensuring products are handled and transported safely
- Completing delivery processes correctly
- Maintaining high standards throughout your working day
- Taking responsibility for the performance and standards of your crew
Products include washing machines, dishwashers, cookers, TVs, fridge freezers and other household appliances.
Who We’re Looking For
We’d particularly like to hear from people with experience in:
- Multi-drop delivery
- Home delivery
- Furniture delivery
- Removals
- Courier work
- 3.5T van driving
- Two-person delivery

You should be:

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- Aged 21 or over
- Previous professional driving/delivery experience preferred
- Able to reliably travel to either Potters Bar or Yaxley
