We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cross-Border Solutions Delivery Consultant to lead the planning, execution, and management of international project initiatives. Duties
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-border projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements, define scope, and develop detailed project plans utilizing tools like Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
- Manage project lifecycle activities including scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and change control using methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
- Coordinate release management activities, including planning, testing (user acceptance testing and test case creation), and deployment across multiple regions.
- Oversee the development of technical solutions by working closely with software development teams utilizing SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices and tools like Jira and TFS.
- Conduct analysis to identify process improvements, optimize workflows, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders through clear reporting, status updates, and presentations using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing cross-border or international projects within a software development or IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and program management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project, Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and SharePoint.
- Technical expertise in cloud computing platforms like AWS and Azure; familiarity with disaster recovery strategies is a plus.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, analysis skills, test-driven development practices, and user acceptance testing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
- Experience working with SQL databases (Oracle or similar), creating test cases, developing reports using Microsoft Excel or Visio.
- Knowledge of SDLC processes along with familiarity with TFS for version control and release management activities.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in guiding teams through complex projects while fostering collaboration across global regions.

Pay: £50,000.00-£68,000.00 per year
