Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including email and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and appointments to ensure seamless daily operations
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office programs, SharePoint and QuickBooks as needed
- Maintain organized records of correspondence, invoices, and administrative files
- Support accounting activities by processing invoices and tracking expenses through QuickBooks or similar software
- Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing documents
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and order new materials proactively to prevent disruptions
Skills
- Proven office experience with familiarity in handling administrative duties efficiently
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
- Exceptional phone etiquette combined with clear verbal communication skills
- Adept at managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Typing speed that supports quick documentation and correspondence

This is a new role within the business, and working hours would be Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10:00 - 14:00. In the future the role could evolve, with more hours available if required.
Training will be provided as past of your induction, and any further training required will be provided to complete the role.
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
