Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily trade operations, supplier coordination, and logistics support activities
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, logistics partners, and internal departments
- Monitor delivery timelines, order updates, documentation, and service quality
- Support procurement workflows, supplier communication, and issue resolution
- Prepare reports, operational summaries, service updates, and process improvement recommendations
- Assist with resource planning, team coordination, and workflow monitoring
- Ensure trade activities follow company procedures, timelines, and service standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in trade operations, logistics, procurement, supplier coordination, business operations, or service delivery
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with suppliers, vendors, logistics partners, or client service teams is an advantage

Pay: £58,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
