About the Role:
- Support teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2
- Deliver targeted intervention groups to boost pupil progress
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, including SEN pupils
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Help maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
- Support behaviour in line with school policies
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Have recent experience within a UK primary school
- Be confident supporting across KS1 and KS2
- Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Be proactive, adaptable and reliable
- Bring a positive, nurturing approach to supporting children
- Be committed to making a real impact on pupil development
