Remote Clinical Negligence Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join the highly regarded Health Litigation team of a leading national law firm in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to work within an award-winning team specialising in the defence of clinical negligence claims on behalf of healthcare organisations and public sector clients, while benefiting from a genuinely supportive culture and flexible hybrid working.
You will manage a varied caseload of defended clinical negligence claims, acting for healthcare bodies and medical defence clients on high-quality and often complex matters.
Alongside your own caseload, you will have the opportunity to support secondments with key healthcare clients, assist colleagues on higher-value and more complex claims, deliver client training, contribute articles and client communications and play an active role in business development and strengthening client relationships.
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in clinical negligence litigation, ideally gained within a defendant environment, although candidates with relevant transferable experience will also be considered.
