We are looking for a reliable, creative, and technically minded Studio & Media Production Assistant to join our growing media team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, handling recording equipment, and producing high-quality digital content.
You will assist with podcast recordings, video production, studio setup, and media management while ensuring our studio operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the studio before recording sessions.
- Set up and operate cameras, microphones, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Monitor audio and video quality during recordings.
- Transfer, organise, and securely manage recorded media files.
- Edit basic video and audio content (training can be provided).
- Maintain studio equipment and keep the workspace clean and organised.
- Assist presenters and guests during recording sessions.
- Upload and manage digital media content where required.
- Support the team with general production and creative tasks.
Requirements
- Experience with cameras, audio equipment, or media production is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut is desirable.
- Understanding of podcast or video production workflows is an advantage.
- Good computer skills and file management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Hours
- Part-time (2 Days a Week)
