Duties
- Perform carpet cleaning services using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns during the cleaning process.
- Maintain and care for cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and any additional recommendations for clients.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients.
- A valid driver's licence is preferred for transportation to job sites.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
