For an Aztec Receptionist, we’re looking for a friendly & organised customer service superstar to join the team who will be based at the heart of our resort providing an outstanding service within a relaxing environment.
Previous Reception-based experience is essential and previous experience working within a Spa setting or similar would be desirable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- To deliver a high service to all customers using the Aztec Leisure, including the Gym, Pool and Spa
- Greeting guests and customers warmly, creating an instantly positive ‘first point of contact’ experience. Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional approach
- Providing customer support for product knowledge, directing calls, diary management, taking bookings, assisting customer show rounds, administrative tasks, cash handling, bill processing.
- Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception work area

Hours and Rate of pay:
This is a full-time permanent role of 37.5 hours over 5 days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Shift Times:
Early shift: 6:30am start
Middle: usually 9am - 5pm
Late: 9:30pm finish
Hourly Rate: Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour - Aged 21+ , £10.85 per hour for aged 18-20,
