About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who is passionate about fresh food and eager to develop within a professional kitchen. Working alongside our experienced Head Chef and senior chefs, you will gain hands-on experience across all areas of the kitchen while continuing to refine your culinary skills.
For the right candidate, this position offers a genuine career pathway, with the opportunity to progress into a Sous Chef role as your experience, leadership and skills develop.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and present high-quality dishes to consistently high standards.
· Maintain excellent food safety, health, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
· Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place.
· Support stock control, stock rotation and ordering procedures.
· Complete kitchen records and food safety documentation accurately.
· Work efficiently and confidently during busy service periods.
· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
· Support the wider kitchen team with additional duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef ready for the next step.
· A genuine passion for quality food and hospitality.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· A team player with excellent communication skills.
