The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:
- Running your designated section with confidence and efficiency.
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our exacting standards.
- Ensuring your section is fully prepared for a smooth and successful service.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation.
- Supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
- A genuine passion for fresh, high-quality food.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
