We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Aqua Class Instructor to deliver fun, safe and engaging aquatic fitness classes. Whether you're leading Aqua Aerobics, Aqua Fit or other water-based exercise classes, you'll motivate and support participants of all fitness levels to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. You'll create an inclusive and welcoming environment where members feel confident, challenged and encouraged to return week after week. If you're passionate about group exercise, love engaging with people and enjoy delivering high-quality classes in the water, we'd love to hear from you.

A recognised Level 2 Group Exercise to Music qualification (or equivalent)

Aqua Exercise/Aqua Aerobics Instructor qualification

Current Emergency First Aid at Work qualification (desirable)

Confident delivering safe, engaging and inclusive aqua fitness classes

Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants of all ages and abilities

A friendly, enthusiastic and professional approach

Passionate about health, fitness and customer service

Flexible, reliable and able to adapt classes to suit varying fitness levels

Experience teaching group exercise classes is desirable
