The Education Hub is currently working in partnership with a well-established nursery provider in Aylesbury that is looking to recruit a number of Nursery Practitioners due to continued growth.
We are interested in speaking with both Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development within a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children within the nursery setting.
- Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with nursery policies and procedures.
- Support children's emotional, social, and educational development.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and childcare practice.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated nursery team.
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a nursery, childcare, or early years setting.
- Good understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Salary
- Level 2 Qualified: £24,569.48 FTE
- Level 3 Qualified: £24,973.52 FTE
Part-time and term-time salaries will be pro-rated accordingly.
