Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional PA to support the Directors of a prestigious private hospital. This is a hybrid role that also includes a small amount of private PA assistance. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Duties
- Managing and coordinating the Directors’ diaries, appointments, and meetings efficiently
- Handling correspondence via email, phone calls, and written communication with professionalism and courtesy
- Organising travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records within organisational systems
- Assisting with billing processes and financial documentation as required
- Upholding strict confidentiality regarding hospital operations and patient information
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining a proactive approach to tasks
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
