Salary:Up to £28000 per year
We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Sous Chef** to join our kitchen team and support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food and excellent kitchen operations.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
* Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
* Ability to lead and supervise the kitchen team
* Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
* Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure
