With a solid 30-40 covers we can issue good and service is kept very fast and friendly, and we offer competitive hours that reflect the unique demands of our intimate setting. Duties
- Supervise all restaurant activities and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
- Train and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Experience in bartending or hotel management is advantageous
- Familiarity with team management, scheduling, and budgeting
