Sales Executive – CNC Machinery
Monday–Thursday (4-Day Week)
£25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £70,000–£100,000+)

Exel CNC is one of the UK's growing CNC machinery suppliers, and we're looking for a driven Sales Executive to help us continue that growth.
This isn't a role for someone who waits for the phone to ring. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, following up opportunities and closing deals.
In return, you'll enjoy a four-day working week, uncapped commission, flexibility to manage your own time and the opportunity to earn a six-figure income.
What You'll Be Doing
- Generating your own leads and business opportunities.
- Following up and converting incoming enquiries.
- Building and managing long-term customer relationships.
- Managing your own diary, sales pipeline and workload.
- Working closely with our social media team to maximise lead generation.
- Conducting customer visits and product demonstrations when required.
- Representing the Exel CNC brand professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record.
- Confident, self-motivated, ambitious and target driven.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised with strong time management.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your results.
- A proactive approach to finding new business opportunities.
- Full UK driving licence.
Experience selling machinery, engineering products or capital equipment is an advantage but not essential. If you're the right salesperson, we'll provide the product knowledge.
What We Offer
