Netball Coaches Wanted – All Levels – Market Harborough Hares
£15–£25/hour (self-employed) | Tuesday evenings | Robert Smyth Academy, Market Harborough
Junior Netball is growing, and we're looking for coaches to join our Market Harborough Hares team, training Tuesday evenings at Robert Smyth Academy. Whether you're an experienced coach or just getting started, we'd love to hear from you.
We believe every child deserves an environment that's positive, welcoming, safe and enjoyable. Our coaches don't just teach netball – they help create experiences, friendships and memories that players carry with them for years. If that sounds like the kind of team you want to be part of, keep reading.
We're recruiting across several levels, so there's a role to match your experience:
- Volunteer Development Coach – new to coaching? This is our one-year programme for building confidence and working towards your first qualification, with no prior experience needed.
- Assistant Coach – support session delivery while developing your own coaching skills.
- Senior Coach – lead technical coaching and help develop less experienced coaches.
- Head Coach – lead the venue, its coaching team, and its players and parents.
Whatever the level, you'll need enthusiasm for working with children, a willingness to learn and grow with us, and (depending on the role) an England Netball coaching qualification or the drive to work towards one. All coaching roles require an Enhanced DBS check including the Children's Barred List, as you'll be working directly with children.
In return, you'll get a genuine pathway to progress – many of our Head Coaches started as volunteers – ongoing support and development from your Head Coach and Regional Coordinator, and a simple, friendly team that puts players first.
Sound like you? Apply now and tell us a bit about yourself and which level feels like the right fit – we'll take it from there.
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
