We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Creating Customer Appointments and providing quotes for our services.
- Utilise our DMS to manage customer interactions, record details accurately, and track workshop progress.
- Provide detailed information about our services and repair offerings ensuring customers are well-informed.
- Analyse customer feedback and queries to identify common issues and suggest improvements.
- Assist customers with account management tasks such as updates, transactions, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the workshop controller daily to identify and resolve any issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of customer vehicles on site and the progress at each stage
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights gained from customer interactions and analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple enquiries efficiently.
- A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service while developing their expertise in financial products and services within a supportive organisational environment.
Hours are Mon - Fri 08:00 - 17:30 No Weekend working.
Bonus and incentives available.
Pay: £28,500.00-£33,000.00 per year
