Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following health and safety standards to ensure guest safety and comfort
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and upsell additional services or retail products
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth flow of client bookings and walk-ins
- Assist with social media management by sharing creative nail designs and promotions to attract new clients
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly, relaxing environment that encourages repeat visits
- Collaborate with team members to support overall salon operations, including managing guest services and supporting other beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions or makeup application when needed
Skills
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in management or leadership roles within a salon or spa setting is a plus
- Proficiency in social media management to promote services and showcase your work creatively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, makeup application, barbering, or other beauty treatments is advantageous
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining genuine guest relationships
- Excellent multitasking abilities to handle front desk duties alongside providing high-quality nail care
