Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining AXYZ CNC machines to produce high-quality components.

Duties
- Set up and operate AXYZ CNC machinery, ensuring precise execution of programme instructions.
- Interpret technical drawings to produce accurate components.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on AXYZ CNC equipment to minimise downtime.
- Handle materials and tooling efficiently, ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed.
- Conduct quality checks on finished parts, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams using CAD software for design modifications or improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in machining operations is ideal but not essential.
- Mechanical knowledge including understanding of tooling & materials handling.
- Competence in basic maths for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
- Experience with warehouse operations or assembly lines is advantageous.
- Proficiency with hand tools and materials handling equipment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.

Pay: £31,590.00 per year
