BAR STEWARD – FULL TIME
Bedale Riverside Club
Bedale Riverside Club is seeking a reliable, experienced, and enthusiastic Bar Steward to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the bar
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory
- Undertake beer management, including cellar duties and line maintenance
- Prepare and manage staff rotas
- Deliver friendly, efficient service to members and guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Work effectively under pressure during busy periods
- Support club events and functions as required
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
The Ideal Candidate Will:
✔ Have previous bar or hospitality management experience
✔ Be confident with stock control, ordering, and beer management
✔ Be organised, dependable, and capable of leading by example
✔ Remain calm and efficient during busy and demanding periods
✔ Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Be flexible, hardworking, and committed to the success of the club
What We Offer
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum and KPI Targeted Bonus (depending on qualifications and experience)
