About the Role
As Client Services Manager, you'll lead our Client Services Team of nine dedicated professionals, ensuring we continue to deliver the exceptional service our clients have come to expect.
Reporting to our Director of Finance & Operations, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping our client experience while supporting the wider business strategy.
This isn't just about managing workloads. It's about developing people, improving systems and creating a positive culture where everyone can thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a talented Client Services Team
- Creating an engaging, supportive and high-performing team culture
- Driving improvements to processes, efficiency and client experience
- Working alongside our leadership team on strategic business initiatives
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of new team members
- Managing performance, one-to-ones and personal development plans
- Working closely with Financial Planners to ensure outstanding client outcomes
- Ensuring Consumer Duty principles remain embedded throughout the client journey
- Championing continuous learning, collaboration and innovation
About You

We're looking for someone with:
Essential
- Previous management experience
- Strong client service and administration background
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience motivating and developing teams
- High attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
Desirable
- Financial Services experience
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office
- Working towards or achieved Chartered Manager status

What you'll receive
The starting salary for this role is £36,712 which, on our 35 hour working week, works out at £20.17 per hour. For comparison, for a standard working week of 37.5 hours this is the equivalent of £39,334, but we opt for reduced hours as we’re passionate about protecting our work-life balance. Increments are then added, depending on managerial experience and qualification progress towards Chartered status along with a generous benefits package.
