Customer Service Driver, Floral Display Service
Part-time: 1 day per week, with occasional extra days available
Location: Bristol, South Wales and surrounding areas
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and professional Customer Service Driver to join our Floral Image Bristol and South Wales team.
This is a unique part-time role, ideal for someone who enjoys being out and about, meeting people face to face, and taking pride in providing a great customer experience.
Floral Image supplies high-quality artificial floral arrangements to businesses. Our customers receive fresh-looking displays on a regular rotation, and your role will be to visit them, change over their flower arrangements, and make sure they are happy with the service.
No floristry or flower arranging experience is required. Full training will be provided.
You will be driving one of our small company vans, usually a Peugeot Partner, visiting customers across your planned route for the day. You will be trusted to organise your time, represent the business professionally, and deliver each visit with a friendly, positive attitude.
The role would suit someone who is confident, personable, well organised, and comfortable working independently once trained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving to customer sites and completing scheduled flower display changes
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Keeping the van tidy, organised and stocked for the day
- Handling floral displays carefully and presenting them to a high standard
- Reporting any customer feedback, issues or opportunities to the team
- Occasionally supporting with extra days when other team members are on holiday
You will need:
- A clean UK driving licence
- At least 2 years’ customer service experience
- A confident, friendly and professional manner
- Good organisation and time management
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Confidence driving a small van
This is a lovely role for the right person. You will be out on the road, meeting a variety of customers, brightening up workplaces, and working with a supportive local team.
