Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled General Maintenance professional to join our team. As a General Maintenance worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues will be essential in maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
Duties:
- Supervise and perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, painting, decorating and fire systems.
- Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Interpret schematics and use logic controllers to diagnose and repair equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels
Experience:
- Good knowledge of general maintenance duties.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and stakeholders
Good knowledge of fire systems or willingness to be trained
Good IT skills
