We’re Hiring: Deputy General Manager

Salary: £31,000 + up to £5,000 bonus, paid quarterly
The Brotherhood is looking for a brilliant Deputy General Manager to help us take live sport, great hospitality and speciality drinks to the next level.
We’re an independent sports bar with almost a decade of experience bringing the atmosphere of the stadium into the heart of the bar. We pride ourselves on being a venue like no other, full of energy, character and memorable sporting moments.
We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic go-getter who knows how to lead a team and deliver exceptional service. Many of our regulars have become part of the Brotherhood family, so you’ll need to enjoy meeting people, building relationships and having a good natter!
What you’ll be doing
- Opening and closing the venue
- Welcoming guests and checking in with tables
- Supporting the General Manager with the venue’s day-to-day operation
- Creating and managing team rotas
- Completing nightly line checks
- Managing stock and cash handling
- Working towards agreed targets and goals
- Coaching, training and inspiring the team
- Maintaining consistently high standards of service
