Buckingham Motor Company is a well-established, family-run dealership that has been proudly serving the local community for over 30 years. Formerly known as Buckingham Ford, we combine the trusted heritage of a franchised Ford dealer with the friendly, personal service of an independent business.
We're looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy team, primarily supporting our workshop with occasional parts counter sales to trade and retail customers.
The Role
· Sourcing, ordering, and supplying parts to our workshop technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
· Liaising with Ford and other suppliers to identify correct parts and manage stock levels
· Serving customers at the parts counter, handling trade and retail enquiries
· Processing orders, invoices, and returns accurately
· Maintaining organised, well-stocked parts stores
· Building strong working relationships with technicians, service advisors, and suppliers
About You
· Previous experience in a parts advisor or parts department role is essential
· Sound knowledge of motor vehicle parts and systems
· Confident using parts catalogues/systems (Ford/DMS experience an advantage)
· Comfortable in a fast-paced workshop environment, prioritising technicians' needs
· Good customer service skills for counter sales
· Well organised, accurate, and a strong team player
