We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team at Friend of Mine in Bridge of Allan. This is an important role within our kitchen, helping to keep everything clean, organised and running smoothly throughout service.
The role
You’ll be responsible for: - Washing dishes, kitchen equipment and utensils - Keeping the kitchen and wash-up areas clean and organised - Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen - Helping with deliveries, bins and general kitchen organisation - Supporting the chefs with basic kitchen tasks when required - Working as part of the team during busy services
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual - Hard-working and organised - Comfortable working in a busy kitchen - Able to work well as part of a team - Positive and willing to get stuck in
Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person.
