Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and marinate chicken to LEB standards.
· Cook food on the chargrill and fryers.
· Prepare white and spicy rice.
· Prepare fresh salad daily.
· Portion meals consistently.
· Follow LEB recipes and SOPs.
· Maintain food hygiene standards.
· Complete opening and closing checklists.
· Rotate stock using FIFO.
· Assist with deliveries and stock counts.
Requirements
· Kitchen experience preferred.
· Reliable and punctual.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· High standards of cleanliness.
Desirable Experience
· Chargrill experience.
· Lebanese or grilled chicken experience.
· High-volume takeaway experience.
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
