Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our 5 star lodges, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Work hours are Monday and a Friday, 10am start. Overtime as and when.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in the lodges, including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and outside decking.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by following established cleaning protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of cleaning tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles, due to location of park.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
