We are a busy and growing alloy wheel refurbishment company based in Hemel Hempstead looking for a reliable and hands-on individual to join our workshop team.
Depending on your experience, you will either:
- Step straight into powder coating, or
- Start in wheel preparation (acid stripping, blasting and prep) with the opportunity to progress into skilled roles such as powder coating, welding/repairs or tyre fitting over time.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys practical work, is serious about learning a skilled trade, and is looking for a long-term role within a growing business.
The role includes:
- Preparing alloy wheels (acid stripping, blasting, sanding and masking)
- Assisting or carrying out powder coating depending on experience
- Moving wheels through different stages of the refurbishment process
- Supporting the workshop team across various tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Learning specialist refurbishment processes and equipment over time
What we’re looking for:
- Previous hands-on or practical work experience (essential)
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a workshop environment
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
Experience in powder coating, bodyshop work, tyre fitting, fabrication, mechanics or similar industries is beneficial but not essential.
Important:
This is a physically active, workshop-based role involving repetitive tasks and attention to detail.

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
