Duties

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning products as needed
- Follow specific client instructions to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Manage your own schedule to maximize efficiency and client coverage
- Communicate professionally with clients to address special requests or feedback
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training can be provided for the right candidates
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments
- Nice-to-have skills include experience in hotel housekeeping, customer service, cooking (for residential clients), or other hospitality roles
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites across different locations
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
