Job Summary
We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Holiday Let Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of holiday accommodation across Margate and the surrounding areas.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will coordinate bookings across Airbnb, Booking.com and direct channels; deliver an outstanding guest experience; oversee day-to-day property operations; and support the promotion of the business through social media. Working alongside our dedicated marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to create engaging content to showcase our properties and maximise bookings.
This is a varied, hands-on role with genuine opportunities for career progression within our expanding group of businesses, including ladies only gyms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookings and calendars across Airbnb, Booking.com and direct channels.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests before, during and after their stay.
- Coordinate cleaning, laundry and maintenance to ensure properties are guest-ready.
- Resolve guest enquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Update listings, calendars and pricing.
- Carry out property inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Participate in an on-call rota on alternate weekends, responding to guest calls, messages and emergencies.
- Create and upload social media content, including Instagram posts, stories and reels.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving ability.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Willing to travel between properties.
- Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com or similar booking systems is desirable.
- Experience in hospitality, serviced accommodation or customer service is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence.
